Ajila Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • Oil
  • ½ cup of orange juice, fresh
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika

Cooking

  1. Place the fish in a bowl to roast in a little oil.
  2. Combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, cumin, peppers and garlic.
  3. Pour the mixture over the fish and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill.
  5. Sprinkle the paprika over the fish, roast for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve the fish with the juice left in the bowl.
