Tilapia at quarter of an hour


  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch chopped laurel
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Salt
  • A spoonful of vinegar
  • ½ glass of water or fish stock


  1. Cut the onion into julienne and sauté a little.
  2. In a pot put the oil, onion, fillets, bay leaf, salt, vinegar and water or broth over high heat and cover until it begins to boil.
  3. Then you have to lower the heat and leave to boil until the onion is tender.
  4. Do not forget to remove and look from time to time so that you do not lack water. It must be in its juice.
