Tilapia in citrus sauce


6 Portions

  • 12 tilapia fillets, we use 2 per person of medium size.
  • Juice of 1-2 lemons, whatever it takes to properly marinate the fish
  • Salt and pepper
  • Peppers
  • 6 garlic cloves crushed well
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Marinate the fish with the lemon, salt and pepper.
  2. Rosear with the paprika.
  3. Melt the butter with the olive oil.
  4. Stir-fry the garlic, without letting it burn. Shaking the pan constantly.
  5. Fry the fish, until golden brown. Not for long because we do not want to be cooked much, they lose the flavor.
  6. Serve with more lemon.
