Ingredients

- 12 tilapia fillets, we use 2 per person of medium size.
- Juice of 1-2 lemons, whatever it takes to properly marinate the fish
- Salt and pepper
- Peppers
- 6 garlic cloves crushed well
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Cooking
- Marinate the fish with the lemon, salt and pepper.
- Rosear with the paprika.
- Melt the butter with the olive oil.
- Stir-fry the garlic, without letting it burn. Shaking the pan constantly.
- Fry the fish, until golden brown. Not for long because we do not want to be cooked much, they lose the flavor.
- Serve with more lemon.
