Tilapia with almond garlic


  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 7 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Slice of bread
  • The tip of 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 Vinegar squirt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 handful full of toasted almonds
  • Salt
  • Fish soup
  • Olive oil
  • A cup of water


  1. Sauté two whole garlic together with the slice of bread in abundant oil, reserve together with another raw garlic.
  2. In a casserole, brown the remaining 4 garlic cut into slices and add the previously chopped onion until golden brown. Add the paprika and keep on medium heat for a few seconds without stirring to avoid being roasted. Then add the tilapia fillets, previously seasoned, for one minute on each side to seal them.
  3. Add the fish stock and lower the heat while preparing the sauce.
  4. In a beater glass add the almonds, the raw garlic, the fried ones, a pinch of salt, the fried bread, in a generous stream of vinegar with the cup of water. We crush and mix well, add it to the casserole above the tilapia, let it boil and turn away from the fire. Ready to serve and eat.
